Our Guidelines for Covid-19

Our office is currently closed to the public but we are still working as usual. In order to proceed with the viewing we will require the following items in advance of the viewing to allow us comply with Level 5 protocol requirements:

  1. Confirmation by email that you have viewed the property online.
  2. Copy of proof of funds either by email in advance of the viewing or confirmation that it will be brought to the viewing for review.

Unfortunately under government and industry issued guidelines by PSRA, SCSI and IPAV unless we receive confirmation of the above, the viewing cannot take place. Once we receive the foregoing we will assume the viewing is to proceed as arranged.

Additionally, in accordance with Industry protocols, certain procedures are now in place to ensure the health and safety for all parties whilst viewing property. These are outlined below;

  • You must not attend if displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, are self-isolating or have returned from overseas in the last 14 days.
  • It is requested not to park close to residents’ cars or driveways by mounting the kerbs or close to an area where children are playing.
  • Viewings are to be kept a minimum of 15 mins apart, please ensure you are on time for your allocated time slot and wait outside the property until the sales agent invites you inside.
  • A maximum of 2 people per viewing party.
  • Hand sanitation will be provided by the sales agents prior to entering the property.
  • We will require your details to be retained for contact tracing purposes and these may need to be provided if requested by HSE.
  • The agent can deal with any further enquiries following the viewing at a later time.

Our office is currently closed to the public but we are still working as usual from Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with viewings available outside these hours by appointment.
